Luang Prabang Temple Chofahs
Ornamental gold-leaf chofahs adorn the roof of a wat (Buddhist temple) in Luang Prabang, Laos. The hornlike architectural ornaments represent Garuda, a mythical creature that is half man and half bird that carried the Hindu god Vishnu.
