Brussels Royal Museums of Fine Arts King Leopold I Statue in Main Hall
A statue of King Leopold I dated to around 1853 by Guillaume Geefs on display in the main hall at the Royal Museums of Fine Arts in Belgium (in French, Musées royaux des Beaux-Arts de Belgique), one of the most famous museums in Belgium. The complex consists of several museums, including Ancient Art Museum (XV - XVII century), the Modern Art Museum (XIX XX century), the Wiertz Museum, the Meunier Museum and the Museé Magritte Museum.
